[SOLVED] How to open ports when doing tethering from my cell phone?

I just received my new laptop and was about to play some multiplayer AOE 3 games but, I wasn't able to enter any nor nobody was able to enter the ones I started and I just remembered that I need to open some ports. I have no idea about how to open ports in neither my cell phone or my laptop's WiFi adapter. Can somebody point me in the right direction in this one? Thanks in advance!

You can not. The router is upstream with you cell provider, you have no control or access to it.
