How to open printers cartage

Hello,
i was taking some print outs, all of sudden printer lift some papers at once , i stopped the printer immedeatly and hold the papers ,now the papers blocked the cartridge or i don't know what happened. now printer is not working, papers are still there . Pls help me what to do ?

You don't want to open the cartridge you just need to clear the jam. Remove the paper, should be able to just slide them out slowly from where they are jammed.
