[SOLVED] How to Open The Heatsink ?

First, I know the basic of building PC, but today I get this motherboard. The question is, how I can open the heatsink ?
I want to replace the thermal paste. But the heatsink look like permanently mounted. I really appreciated for the response.

I see 4 hex head bolts/screws that you can take out, that would probably release the heatsink.
Just be extra careful putting them back in, if you over-torque them you could damage the board, the IHS under the heatsink, or strip out the holes so you wont get proper mounting pressure again.
