How to optimize my case fans?

Hi,

I recently build my own pc with the cooler master 912 advanced case. It contains two 200 mm fans running at 700 rpm and one 120 mm fan running at 1200 rpm. The pc runs a little bit to loud for my taste especially when I have to do work with the computer. What is the best way to adjust these case fans to run quieter? And what rpms can I run them on? I haven't changed anything to the case fans yet, they are running in stock configurations.

Thanks for any help!

Solution
Lowering fan speed is one thing, the other is to buy non sleeve bearing fans as they tend to make the most noise.
Look for dB ratings on fans and preferably a fan that states something like Hydro bearing, fluid dynamic, oil bearing, etc. They usually operate much better and quieter but also come at a slightly higher cost as well.
