How to order Parts from Usa To India??

I live in India And around here the pc parts price are of the charts !!!
for example gtx 1060 here is 436usd Like really high and in the same price u can get gtx 1070 in states !!!!!!!!

So I want to import the parts frm usa to here !! can anyone with experience recommend me how to do it!!
every bit of advice is appreciated
I need to order many parts which are cheap there?!


and I know there are custom duty on import !! can someone tell me how to dodge it! pls Reply.....


Ps: If u know any place which has prices similar to Usa. Pls feed me with the shop name and Address !!! I will Love u till My death
