Question How to output HDMI over USB C

Hi everyone,
As my question implies i am trying to get a HDMI output to transmit over a USB C receptacle (much like the Nintendo switch). I am also including a Power Delivery Solution but my question is; what would i need to get HDMI over USB C. A linear re-driver? and Alt Mode IC?

If you are talking about designing something on your own from scratch, then you need to get a bunch of technical documents from the laptop vendors and the USB C design papers like these http://www.ti.com/interface/usb/type-c-and-power-delivery/technical-documents.html
