I just for a Intel E2200 and ECS GF7050VT-M motherboard.

I want to experimnet with over clocking, where do I start?

None taken, only a few guides here are good .ie C2D temp guide, and my P35-DS3L guide (I AM NOT TRYING TO SOUND LIKE MY GUIDE IS THE BEST). Comp gets the vote for best guide here (C2D Temp guide)

yer comps guide is very thorough and thought out...

Buy a big heastink. Slap the FSB to 333 Multiplier to 10 and Vcore to 1.45. Should work.
If not start lowering the FSB.
And yes you really should read the stickies.
