How to overclock 4790k

So, Im new to overclocking. I cannot find a clear tutorial on how to overclock, either. Can someone please explain how I can OC my cpu?

Specs~

i7-4790k
z97 Gaming 7 (Click Bios 4)
G. Skill Ripjaws x
Antec HCG-620M
GTX 970
h100i

you could just use automatic overclocking provided in your bios usually goes up to 4.6 ghz auto tune

Thanks, but I cant find where to up my core multiplyer (noob question, but Im new to OCing!)
