How to overclock 7600k

There are not any good articles for how to use overclocking features on my motherboard. I tried the EZ tuning but my CPU seems to stay at its stock 3.8 speed.

Mobo: z270 Mark 2 Asus
CPU: i5 7600L
Cooler: Corsair H115i

Can anyone help me with safe clocking numbers? How to i set them, and where?

EZ tune through the Asus-AI suite software?

You should understand, that Modern CPUs will only boost their clock speed when it's needed. Regardless of their Overclock. If the CPU needs the bare minimum of it's speed it'll stay low to conserve power/CPU condition.

You should check values when gaming/under load.
