How to overclock a Asus P5B-E

I just put together a new Core 2 Duo machine with an Asus P5B-E mobo and an E6300 CPU. I went into the BIOS, but I don't see how to overclock it. The options are there, but are grayed out.

Also, I thought the Asus software was made for overclcoking on the fly. Everytime I try to use it, it wants to reboot the machine for any changes to take effect.

Can you guys help me out?

1. never use win apps for ocing, tweak bios instead.
2. follow wusy's c2d oc guide. it's a sticky in oc/cpu section
