How to overclock AMD phenom II 1075t ?

Mainboard is : MSI 770-g45
power supply : corsair tx750m
GPU: sapphire 7970 3gb OC
RAM:kingstone 4 gb ddr3 1333 mhz
thermaltake v1 cl-p0401 and some extra in-out air FANS in the case
ASUS Vento TA-M2 chassis

so can i be able to OC my cpu
i dont have any idea about OC but im a fast learner though 😀
if its help there is a switcher in my Mainboard that it could do and auto overclock for 20% only
and there is some option in the bios system said auto overclock technology so what should i do ?

u forgot 2 steps....your northbridge (CPU-NB) and CPU Voltage......never overclock the bus or your regret it. Try to increase the multiplier(if the CPU is a BLACK edition)

unfortunately mine is a normal edition not a black edition
And about the northbridge should i disable the 2 cores (( the week one )) and work with 4 cores ?? maybe overclock just 4
and about my CPU voltage how much should it be ?? i need more details
