I have an I5 4690k cooled by a Noctua NH D-15 and I'm looking into Overclocking it but am unsure of how to do this. My Motherboard is an asus Z97-A and My DRAM is already set to XMP
Anandtech have set some benchmark for us to use it as a guide.
But this is just the adjustment made to the multiplier, core voltage and LLC (Load Line Calibration).
Cause you using the asrock motherboard you should have a-tuning software where you can easily choose a default OC setting... from that setting you may start to adjust it lower or higher depend on the OC speed that you're aiming.. better to have a good cooling. If you're using air cooling, try to get 4.3 ghz with temp below 80c when stress test..
