How to overclock and underclock your rams?

Quick questions:

How can I check to see if my rams are overclocked?

Is there a software like MSI burner for underclocking or overclocking memory rams?

I like to check to see if my rams are clocked.

You change your RAM clock speed in the BIOS. You can use CPU-Z (memory tab) to see what speed your RAM is running at.
