How to overclock asus strix r7 370 4 gb

Hi so i have the asus strix r7 370 graphics card and i was wondering how to overclock, and since i have had good help from this site before and i couldn't find it anywhere else on the internet i wanted to know how.
I have a AMD FX 6300
CX 600 PSU
MSI 970 GAMING MOTHERBOARD
H100i COOLER
I really know nothing about overclocking but i just wanted to do it, i know it may have negative affects on my pc if done wrong but im willing to take consequences, thanks!
