How To Overclock Core i5 2500K to 4.7 Stable

Hi guys Im new here, I will gladly appriciate if you can help me overclock my 2500K stable to 4.7 Gig. Im currently using a Antec Khuler h2o 920 to cool it my specs are listed below:

Core i5 2500K - 4.5GIG-1.365Volts
Gigabyte Z68XP-UD3
Ripjaws X CL9 - 9.9.9.24
Gigabyte HD Radeon 6870 OC from 915/1010 to 975/1220
Antec Khuler h2o 920
Gigabyte Superb PSU 720
Gigabyte Sumo Alpha Case
2x WD Caviar Black Raid0 1TB
LITEON DVD Burner
4 Fans

Im Going Crazy its been a week and i want to play Battlefiled but i can't stable my CPU please help me guys thank you in advance.

You do not need to OC to 4.7 GHz to play BF. You list your CPU at 4.5 GHz, and that is a pretty good OC. BF is more GPU than CPU intensive and you should try to play BF at a stable speed. Try it out at your present settings and back down on the OC'ing if it won't run stabilly.
