How to overclock Corsair Vengeance Pro RAM?

I have a pair of 8GB Corsair Vengeance Pro 1600MHz RAM sticks for a total of 16GB and I want to know what overclocking wil benefit and if it is easy to do so for a beginner.

Are there any guides for this and should a beginner do this? Can I damage the RAM if I do something wrong?

What CPU and mobo? to OC would normally start by manually setting to 1866 10-10-10-27 2T and 1.56. If that's stable can then try tightening the CL....or...could try up to 2133

Good probability of 1866 and maybe 2133, try the above suggestion for 1866 and let us know
