how to overclock i5 4690k?

I've got a Gigabyte Z97-HD3P, I'm completely new to CPU overclocking.

What are the basics? I heard you just had to adjust the multiplier and Voltage to get the desired clock speed

Handy, dandy o/c guide HERE. Just follow the guide and take small steps. Be sure you have an aftermarket cpu cooler before overclocking.
