How do I overclock my intel i5-5200u from 2.20ghz to 2.70ghz?

Yes but not recommended.

Yes but you need control GPU temps, and do not push to much because you can have freezes, or even damage laptop.
You can probably bump around +135Mhz for the core +400Mhz for Memory +/- 5%
