Z97xUD7 TH motherboard
16 gb DDR 3 1600hz RAM
Can I overclock my CPU, in safe zone ?
What will be limit ?

Lol. Maybe if you happen to be a firmware engineer from intel and can somehow get around the multiplier lock.

You can always try a BLCK overclock, which might net you an extra 200mhz at best with likely little to no performance benefit after several hours of tinkering. You will more than likely just end up with instability and no benefit at all.
