[SOLVED] how to overclock i7 9700k?

I have a 240 aio and get good temps while gaming, i want to oc my 9700k but i don't know how to.
I enabled xmp for my ram and used nvidias auto overclock for my gpu but that's the only overclock i have done to this pc.
I honestly don't know how to oc and if anyone can assist me i would be thankful.
im looking for 4.9ghz or 5ghz if possible (underload/gaming) and I want it to be stable
any help would be appreciated!

cooler- coolermaster masterliquid ml240l
cpu- i7 9700k
gpu- evga rtx 2060 sc ultra
ram- gskill 16gb 3200mhz ddr4
case- corsair spec delta
fans- 6X 120mm fans

cpu-65c underload max (avg 55c)
gpu-70c underload max (avg 60c)
