how to overclock intel

how to overclock intel Pentium 5400e 2.7 ghz I have problems with this I don't know why I cant overclock it with BIOS pls help

Go into bios the cell menu , it should allow you to change the frequency of your processor.If that doesn't work to overclock your CPU then check your motherboard specifications if it allows you to overclock your CPU or not!

Well I have standard hp compaq 500b Mt and foxconn mobo I was go into bios and see my cpu it was show that is clocked to 2.7ghz but it was locked I cant change the clock

Now you can't do anything as the BIOS should be locked by manufacture for some reasons!
