Question How to overclock my cpu 145 with biostar n68s3+ MB

I know that it is an old device, but it is very slow in browsing, whether in Windows 7 or 11
Is there a way to boost the performance of an AMD Sempron 145 processor with a N68S3+ biostar

My specs
MB/ Biostar N68S3+
CPU/ Amd Sempron 145
Ram/8G 2x4 Dual channel 1600
GPU/ Radeon HD 5670

As for your platform, what OS are you working with? IMHO on a platform like that, overclocking isn't going to be worth it...outside of being a room heater for winter.

The operating system is Windows 11 and I don't know if that's right or wrong, but it works fine and before that it was just like Windows 10
Will there be damage to the device and will I benefit after overclocking or will I not feel a difference?
