Question How to overclock Ram on my Bios ?

Hi just built my first computer a while a go i'm going over the settings after updating my bios i noticed my ram running on 2133mhz while they support 3000mhz corsair vengance 8x2 gb. Msi H310M mobo it supports 2666mhz so does my cpu. Will xmp mode be enough n

You just need to load the XMP profile in the BIOS. Look for "XMP" in the advanced section. That should give you 3000MHz. With luck it'll just work, otherwise you'll have to manually set it to 2666MHz. If you run CPU-Z you can see what the RAM settings (including voltage) in the XMP profile are and set those manually. If setting 2666 - use a slightly lower voltage than specified in the XMP as you not overclocking the RAM as much.

I would enable the XMP Profile and save the settings and reboot.
If it boots test your PC for stability with Aida64 Stability test, RealBench, CineBench R20, etc.
If it doesn't boot,clear the CMOS (follow the steps in your manual) and then enable XMP (for the timings and voltage) then set the Memory Frequency to 2666 MHz save the settings and see if that boots.
