Verify the revision of your motherboard and then look in the BIOS settings section of the manual. Look for XMP profile info. Set as desired.
This should get you to your memory's rated speed.
You can also manually set memory settings, but you really shouldn't need to.
Have you previously tried the XMP settings and it failed?

Your ram modules may not have XMP entry in SPD table. Then there will not be XMP option available in BIOS.

You may try overclocking it, but results are not guarantied.
