How to overclock without lowering CPUs life?

I'm gonna start overlocking for the first time. Any tips? I don't want my CPUs lifespan to decrease faster though.

But unless you go beyond extremes, then you won't hurt it (intel)

any mild oc will have no effect on life. any major one will slightly decrease it

You need a K or unlocked processor. What CPU do you have? If you want I could find you a good CPU cooler.

Well just don't raise the voltage at all if you don't want to decrease the CPU lifespan, just playing with multipliers
