So I saw two nVidia Cards:
EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti Classified K|NGP|N Edition
-Specs:
1072MHz Base Clock
1137MHz Boost Clock
257.28GT/s Texture Fill Rate
3072MB GDDR5 Memory
7000MHz Memory Clock
336GB/s Memory Bandwidth

EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti
-Specs:
876MHz Base Clock
928MHz Boost Clock
210.2GT/s Texture Fill Rate
3072MB GDDR5 Memory
7000MHz Memory Clock
336GB/s Memory Bandwidth

I don't want to spend the $200ish dollars to get the better specs. My question is, being "technically" the same card can I buy the cheaper EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti and overclock it to have the specs of the EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti Classified K|NGP|N Edition? If yes, how do I go about doing that?

It's not the same card, just the same chip. You will be able to achieve much higher clock speeds on the classified edition due to its incredible VRM. Not to mention the electrical components used are second to none.

I am in the market for video card what type of card is the best for your money? Like what is a good card you can buy to maximize profits. Like a card you can buy cheaper and overclock the life out of it? Like:

The Classified w/ EVGA Hydro Copper Cooler *OR* The Classified *OR* Dual Classfied

Superclocked w/ EVGA ACX Cooler *OR* Superclocked

*OR* the simple EVGA ACX Cooler

Which one give you the most bang for your buck?
