how to overclock

hello. i need help .. how to over clock my cpu to 3.0 ghz ?

Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
Memory : 2x2GB 1333 Kingston
Video Card : Gigabyte GTS250 1GB 256BIT GDDR3
Power Supply : Udea 600w True Rated Black Big Fan
Heat Sink Fan : Deep Cool Ice Blade 100
