How to overclock?

Hey, i'm very new to overclocking, and i need to do a lot of research before
trying to overclock my system. So i need a lot of videos and tutorials and also
articles about overclocking. Especially for Intel Core i7 chipset. If you know
any videos, which show how to overclock in depth please don't hesitate to post
here!

Thank you Shadow... And from where i can find liquid nitrogen? and some parts that i have to use while overclocking, cause i want to use liquid nitrogen...

lol I do not suggest using liquid nitrogen. Stick to air. Todays high end fans will net you almost the same cooling capacity as water. Stay away from the rocket fuel
