how to password protect the registry access in windows 8.1

iam using windows 8.1. i want to password proctect my registry because i dont want anyone to change my registry values...is there any way to do that......

Why not just simply create a backup of your windows registry.
And store it in a safe place like burning it to a disk, or a usb pen.

actually iam trying to disable the folder option using the registry so no one can see my hidden files. so to enable the folder option we need to open the registry . so if i protect it no can see my files..
