Question How to permanently disable/kill Case Fan LEDs

I'm looking to fully disable (permanently is fine) the LEDs that are on the case fans in the PC that I'm working on. A buddy gave me his old gaming PC when he upgraded to a newer one, and I'm fixing it up for myself to use. Case for reference:

Fans: Thermaltake Colorshift Fans

I'm looking for verification on how I should go about disabling the LEDs. From my research, the best course of action would just be to cut the line(s) going to the LEDs themselves from the fan motors, but I just wanted to get clarification on WHICH wires should be cut. These are multi-color LEDs (capable or Red, Green, or Blue) and there are four wires coming from the motor to each LED (Red, Green, Blue, and White). Can someone let me know which wire(s) that I should cut to prevent the LEDs from being used? Also, if there is any precautions that I should take afterwards (electrical tap on the ends, ect.)

Please and thank you.

The LEDs themselves are basically built into the fan plastic frame, which is clear plastic meant to light the entire piece up. I can't really "get" to the LEDs for something like that; thus why I'm trying the wire cut.

I'm 100% positive that I'm not reversing the decision in the future.

It looks like the fans in your case are similar to this:

If that's the case, you can just snip the wires going out to the LEDs on each end (careful on the side that has the fan power.)

Yes, basically. It's three difference size fans, but they are all that general design. That's what I was curious on; did I cut one/some/all of the wires heading out to the LEDs. I'm aware of the incoming wires that would supply power to avoid. They are much larger than the ones going out to the LEDs. Assumed cutting all would work, but didn't know if just one would give the same result.
