Narrator is an accessibility application built into Windows 10 mainly to help visually impaired users to navigate and use the system easily. The application lets you read and write emails, perform various tasks and even use the system without the mouse or the keyboard. Go to Settings
Press the ‘Windows key’ on your keyboard and click on the Settings icon.
Click on Ease of Access
Click on the Narrator tab
Navigate to Personalize Narrator’s Voice section to personalize or change the voice settings.
- To adjust the speed of the voice, move the slider to the left or the right under Change voice speed.
To adjust the pitch of the voice, move the slider to the left or the right under Change voice pitch.
To adjust the volume, move the slider to the left or the right under Change voice volume.
You can also choose a different voice for the Narrator app through the Choose a voice dropdown.
