I surprised no one has anything to say on this topic. Since Nvidia basically killed gamestream on my shield. I guess I will have to look at something like this to bring gaming to my living room again.

I recommend small cheap chinese mini pc, or thin terminal client for that purpouse. I've tried on rpi3 but stream was choppy and delay was so great that i give up.

Don't use anything bellow hp t430, use parsec on windows and hardware acceleration from intel integrated gpu.
