How to play games @1080p on VGA monitor.

I have a PC that contains Zotac Geforce GTX 1050ti 4 GB GDDR5 and the HP V194 18.5" monitor.The native resolution is 1366x768.Gpu doesn't have any vga port so I'm using it via HDMI to VGA adapter.Now when I try to play games at a resolution that is higher than 1366x768,the monitor goes black and says input signal out of range.I've tried using the nvidia DSR technology,but still no luck.What should I do to enjoy HD gaming on my vga monitor?The game settings contains resolution like 1920x1080,1600x900,but I can't use them at all.Help please....

That monitor is not going to display any resolution higher than 1366x768. If you want to play @1080p you'll need to buy a monitor that supports it.

Buy a new monitor you have too, just because the GPU supports a higher resolution doesn't mean monitor does.

I saw a friend of mine playing at 1080p with his 768p monitor using AMD VSR.So isn't it really possible?

The monitor was still displaying 1366x768. All dsr and vsr do is render the game in a higher resolution then downscales it to fit the monitors resolution.

That will help me too.How can I use it properly without making my monitor say "Input signal out of range"?

To use dsr you dont change the resolution you change settings in the nvidia control panel.
