How to play games on surface pro 3

im seeing all these vedios on youtube about how you can play full fledged games on surface pro 3. could you plz tell me how i can do that. im only seeing small games on windows store and when i try to buy a game it says 'buy for xbox one'. i mean what do i do? do i buy an external cd rom buy game cd and install it. or is there a way for me to download them online (after paying for them ofcause) and then play them.

You can install Steam on the surface pro then use the steam store to purchase, download and install games to the tablet just like you would on a regular Windows laptop/PC.
