How to play Games on three monitors without Nvidia Surround?

Hey guys! So I have a GTX 670 and I have three monitors hooked up too it. I really want to play my games with three monitors but I hate the layout of Nvidia Surround and such. For example with the Windows toolbar at the bottom going across all three screens, or when I have a window open it goes through all three screens and looks very odd. Now I'm wondering if there is some sort of program that will just make it so the games I play stretch out to three screens and then when I'm on my desktop I can be having it normal.

Thanks! Really appreciate anyone's time and effort! :D

For your taskbar, there is an option in the NCP to change it. As for a window open across multiple screens, just drag the window to the top of the screen. Bam! Full screen on one monitor only.

Honestly, I'm not sure what would work otherwise.

Dragging up makes the window maximize across 3 monitors not the one.
