How to play games remotely with a controller?

So i want to play fifa 17 (origin) in my friends house (about 2 houses away from mine so not that far), and i have a poor laptop and a good ATX PC at home, and i would like to know if i can play fifa 17, with a controller, using the ATX hardware, but the controllers connected to the laptop...

You could use Remote Desktop or TeamView...but it would be extremely laggy.

It can be done with absolute certainty

& before you say ' but its not a steam game ,its origin' you can add any game to steam as a custom title & play it via streaming.
