How to play GTA V with more FPS with mega cars pack mod installed at the same time?

Hi, I would like to know how can I get more FPS ,with installed a mega cars pack mod with 500 cars at the same time!
My Lenovo Y-700 laptop's specs are : i7-6700 hq processor,16 GB DDR4 RAM and Nvidia GTX 960 M 4 GB GDDR5
Without the cars mod I get 55~70 FPS with high video settings and 1920x1080 resolution!
What should I do to get the same FPS ,with the cars mod installed at the same time? And which graphics mod can I install by the way?

The odds are, adding more cars will make the game even more CPU bound. That means there isn't much that can help, but to get an idea what the max FPS that are possible, turn settings down and see how the FPS change. If they don't improve, the CPU is what is holding back performance.

It's a laptop. Your only choice is:
a) don't use the mod, or
b) play with graphics settings

If playing with the graphics settings doesn't help then as said it's likely a CPU problem. Or dropping settings MAY help but it's not worth the loss of visual quality to have the mod.
