hello, can I play gta4 without lagging on my laptop HP 15, 4gb ram, windows 8.1, 4gb integrated as well as dedicated graphics card- AMD r5

GTA 4 is a terrible port and doesn't run well an hardly any PC, regardless of build.

It will be borderline unplayable on a laptop.
