i ordered a 2tb usb from china and formatted it several times now its in exfat format but large files dont transfer and if they do some will play but most file types wont please help me
Are you sure the drive will actually hold the amount it says? there are so many fakes from China that only hold a fraction of the amount they advertise. https://www.google.com/search?q=fake+usb+size+drives&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8

And use NTFS to format the drive or use GPT which may be better if the problem is bios related.
If you do need to use files bigger than 4GB... it should be exfat
If you are only adding files from Windows and you need to use big files, NTFS works almost everywhere!

Almost all my files are bigger than 4gb but they won't play for some reason some avi will play but not all the files transfer when I move them only some will and then when I try to play files I had to move again in avi format won't play like for instance I have the complete Sabrina the teenage witch series on my computer I tried transferring all 7 seasons all avi but only the first 3 seasons transferred and played but when I tried moving the rest of the seasons they won't play what should I do
