How to play youtube videos??

OK....Now you are smiling after reading message title.....Problem is sin't simple as it looks.
I work here in Government Department.They Block FB,Media streaming site.but few days before I was able to play or open youtube by filterbypass proxy website.But now they knew and blocked this also.So searched and found nothing....tried desktop.tv etc. but all in vain.
So please can anyone...anyone know onthis earth how to bypass perfectly this validation of media streaming problem.

If they don't want you looking at you tube at work, then you shouldn't be doing it.

Yup. You're being paid to work, not watch youtube. And certainly not waste their internet connection.
