Solution

Your PSU provides two 6-pin PCIe cables, a 4 pin (2x2) CPU power cable, and an 8-pin (2x4) CPU power cable.
The instructions for your card probably apply to a version (perhaps an earlier revision) of your card that needed an 8-pin (or 6+2) PCIe power cable and a 6-pin PCIe power cable.

ok , my psu has 2 - 6 pin , 2 x 2 pin , 2 x 4 pin

and the card has 2 x 6pin on back

but on instructions says in first slot use a 8 pin or 6+2 and a 6pin

but on the back like stated is only 2 6pin slots.....so do i use the 2 slots with the 2 six pins or what ?its got me confused lol

my card on the back has 2 6 pin conntections but on instructions it shows you how to cable it but says that it has a six and a 8 but it doesnt lol

The molex connectors are only for PSUs that lack PCIe cables. The hidden "gotcha" is that most such PSUs are sufficiently obsolete or of such low quality that they may not have enough amperage on +12V, regardless of what is on their labels.
Your XFX is an excellent, Seasonic-built PSU, and has the required PCIe cables, so there is no need to use the adapters.
