How to plug power/reset buttons from case to motherboard leads? Dell Optiplex620

Hello I need to connect power/reset buttons to dell optiplex 620, but I just can't connect them anywhere on motherboard.

I took a picture... in the middle also writes: Dell 2004/2005

If this is one them Dell custom boxes and there is no manual, Good Luck.
