How to PM or reply to post by Snakes1000

I just joined today but I cannot PM Snakes1000 nor can I reply to a post of his to ask for help. What am I doing wrong???

New members can't send PMs until they have at least one post. You do now so you should be able to PM anyone. You should also be able to respond to threads.
