How to port forward for SFO with a clear hub router?

I play SFO/street fighter online for those who know of it but I've been having difficulty hosting games and I have tried everything I know of and it isn't working I have teamveiwer if anyone could help me out with some solutions it's really confusing and id really love for it to work for me.

Well i have never played, heard or have been interested in SFO but i would imagine there will be info common to all issues of this nature. So I will ask for the sake of ppl that do know about SFO:

How are you connected to the internet? Cable,ADSL
How many devices connect through the same device and do they work OK?
Is the issue instant intermittent or random?
Have you disabled all the AV and firewall sofware
Have you reset your TCP Stack
Have you powered off your modem or router

without moe detail though its impossible to male any choices. Get your machine going and describe the issue in detail. I.E. When does it disconnect? Or does it not even connect. help us help you
