how to port forward? (moonlight 4g)

what im essentially trying to do is open the specific ports for a program called moonlight so i can stream games on the go. i have no knowledge on this what so ever, i did try to open ports through the router settings, but have no idea if i successfully opened the ports or not. i woult like to ask assistance on this topic.

This is a fairly straightforward procedures and the steps to be taken are usually well outlined in your Router Manual. Of course these are differ by manufacturer and model. If you lost yours, download it and follow the directions therein

ive done as you said and port forwarded all the ports on this list

ive followed all the proceders and im not sure why its still not open

okay i may have port forwarded to the wrong IP address, how does it work? do i port forward the ip address on my phone or the PC? am i missing out on somthing?
