Question How to port forward on a HG630b router. (For minecraft)

I have had some serious issues trying to forward on my router, and i have seen many forums, and have found no solutions yet. and i was wondering if anyone knows what the issue might be? i have some screenshots to highlight issues with the process.

(keep in mind i have the remote and internal hosts filled with different ip's. just am not showing for safety)

More information and details are needed with respect to "serious issues".

What is or is not happening? Error messages, pop-ups, etc....

What are you using as a guide with respect to setting up the server?

E.g.:

Double check all that you have done using the above links or other similar links of your choosing.

The port is the only problem with the server as far as i know. The router doesn't allow the port to be accessed, and the few errors are just my friend or https://canyouseeme.org/ showing that the port is not open. The guide I've used is this: https://portforward.com/huawei/hg630b/ and https://www.wikihow.com/Make-a-Personal-Minecraft-Server, (wikihow i know) the serious issues was just me being a bit frustrated after trying to get it to work for a few hours. and i will check the guides you have linked and see if they work for me. Thanks!

Edit: just for reference my router is a spark HG630b router made by huawei.

Also i am not great with networking, so this issue might be fairly simple, but i am familiar with the setup of programs and servers, and it looks ok from my end. also my server will be 1.7 forge based if that helps

actually i think it'll be easier to just buy a server for like 5 bucks. i was planning on just doing a quick world with my friend anyways, so it'll be faster that way. if you could delete the thread, that would be awesome. Cheers!
