How to Port Forward with 2 Routers?

This happened about 2 years ago, and I figured it out (I forgot how to fix it obviously). For some reason I have 2 routers. I have an Xfinity router and a Cisco/Linksys router. I have been researching and I found a solution, but I am confused about what it is talking about. It says "Log into your first router" and "Log into your router". Is my "router" the one that I use to connect to and my "first router" the other one? Also, would disabling the one that I don't use to connect (the Xfinity one) work? Here is the solution (Problem #1): http://www.pcwintech.com/common-problems-fixes-port-forwarding

Thanks for the help in advance!

I just went to the DMZ of the Xfinity router and everything of the "DMZ IPv4 HOST" is grayed out except the last number. It reads: 10.0.0.x
There is a DMZ for the IPv6, and nothing is grayed out.

The WAN IP of the Linksys is 50.xxx.xxx.xxx
I am not sure if it is IPv4 or IPv6, but I would assume it is IPv4 because when I go to the status section, it show's an IPv4 IP.

I just tried to port forward on the Linksys router and I checked it using canyouseeme.org. It failed, and the error was "no route to host". I don't know if this has something to do with it, but I set a static IP before I tried port forwarding (a few days ago). I am entering the static IP for the "device IP #".

Also, I was browsing the Xfinity router and I noticed that the bridge mode was not enabled. The enable selector was grayed out, too.

Edit: I am trying to forward the port 21025, if that matters.

I was doing the same thing as the instructions anyway. The only thing I changed was I went from port range forwarding to single port forwarding. I just tried canyouseeme.org again and it failed again, but had a different error (connection timed out). Thanks for the help so far though.

Edit: I tried canyouseeme.org and it had the no route to host error again.

I did that too, and I tried TCP and UDP and it failed on both. For my TCP/UDP selection in the port forwarding I have it to be selected as both.
