Exceedingly simple.

NAME: Call it something.
PROTOCOL: if you are unsure, say BOTH, or TCP+UDP.
WAN PORT: It means when people outside wants to come in via PORT...
LAN PORT: More often than not, this is the SAME as the WAN port.
DESTINATION: The static LAN IP of the box to receive this request.

Simple.

ok sorry wasnt online but i do this:
NAME: Game
Protocol: Both
WAN PORT: 25565
LAN PORT: 25565
DESTINATION: 192.168.1.190 (my pc)

and what then? what ip should i use for minecraft server? (i try useing IPV4 but it doesnt let my friend come just me)

You'll need to provide your friend your public IP address. You can find it in your router's WAN status page, or just use
https://www.whatismyip.com/

OK I am trying the same thing to link something it says port forward 6000 to 6005 do I just use a number between those 2 for the wan and län cheers
