How to power fans?

I have a H81M-H Rev 2.1 MoBo. The company says that the board will only do .5A. I have three fans total, both at .3A. How to power them? Do the other two just go to the PSU, unregulated, meaning just full power? Oops wrong category.

Well you can always buy front bay fan controller 5.25"

Just don't buy cheap ones under 15$
