[SOLVED] How to prevent other users from accessing the Admin user folder ?

I want to make sure that no other users could access the User folder of the Admin account. I'd also like to do the same for some folders outside the user folder.
What are the settings that I have to change?

Remove admin privileges from all the other accounts.
If any other user is admin also, then it can do whatever he wants.

Then restrict file/folder access permissions to specified folder, so only intended account can access it.

Every other user of the computer should be a Standard user. If they're an administrator, they can simply override any permission settings.
